The beauty of a person depends on the proportion of his similarity and closeness to the Almighty God, which is achieved through hikma, that is, by cultivating the intellect through sound knowledge and righteous action, and by making the intellect dominate over illusion, imagination, and the body. The result is the enjoyment of health at the level of the body, beauty and art at the level of imagination, moral virtues at the level of fancy, and finding a way to the inner world at the level of intellect and beyond. The connection of hikma with science and art means that the scientist and artist base their knowledge, insight, motivation, tendency, character, method, and action on hikma. The theory of the revolutionary system, which is proposed in the statement of the second step of the revolution and has three pillars of self-development, socialization, and civilization, will be based on the universal and innate slogans of the Islamic Revolution, that is, it will be derived from hikma. Considering the general public's susceptibility to imaginary matters, the hikmii art has an unparalleled importance and role in directing the people of society towards the three aforementioned pillars. In order to achieve this, the necessity of creating hikmii governance becomes more and more apparent. زیبایی گاهی از سنخ احساس و گاهی از سنخ ادراکِ لذت و خوشایندی و رضایت درونی است که در هر مرتبه از مراتب انسانی، به صورت فطری بروز و ظهور پیدا کرده و می‌کند. زیبایی انسان به نسبت تشابه و تقرب او به حق‌تعالی بستگی دارد که با حکمت یعنی با پرورش عقل به وسیلۀ علم صائب و عمل صالح و حاکم کردن عقل بر وهم و خیال و بدن به دست می‌آید و نتیجۀ آن برخورداری از تندرستی در مرتبۀ بدن، زیبایی و هنر در مرتبۀ خیال، فضائل اخلاقی در مرتبۀ وهم و راه‌یابی به باطن عالَم در مرتبۀ عقل و فراتر از آن است. پیوند حکمت با علم و هنر به معنای آن است که عالِم و هنرمند، دانش، بینش، انگیزش، گرایش، منش، روش و کنشِ خود را بر اساس حکمت بیاراید. نظریۀ نظام انقلابی که در بیانیۀ گام دوم انقلاب مطرح شده و دارای سه رکنِ خودسازی، جامعه‌پردازی و تمدن‌سازی است بر اساس شعارهای جهانی و فطری انقلاب اسلامی، یعنی برگرفته از حکمت حاصل خواهد شد و با توجه به تأثیرپذیری عموم مردم از امور خیالی، هنر حِکْمی در جهت‌دهی مردم جامعه به سمت سه رکن یادشده از اهمیت و نقش بی‌بدیلی برخوردار است و به منظور دستیابی به این امر، ضرورت ایجاد حکمرانی حِکْمی بیش از پیش آشکار می‌شود. https://rph.soore.ac.ir/article_720029_3e4f8135ca0bb5aea146556029e78339.pdf
