Guide for Authors

Writing style and conditions for submitting a paper

 

Rahpouye Hekmat-e Honar is published in the field of all arts with a philosophical and theological approach.

  • Reference to the published articles of the Path of Wisdom of Art by mentioning the source is unrestricted.
  • The content of the articles is the responsibility of the author/authors.
  • If the article has more than one author, the authors must nominate their representative in writing to the Office of the Correspondent.
  • Articles extracted from dissertations or dissertations and research projects, while referring to it, must be submitted with the approval of the supervisor or the executor of the research project as the author in charge of correspondence. 
  • The author in charge of the correspondence must acknowledge that the article has not been previously published elsewhere and will not be sent to another publication until Rahpooye Hekmat-e Honar announces the final result.
  • The publication is free to accept, reject or edit the article’s content.
  • All authors must first register their article in the Iranian Institute of Information Science and Technology (Irandak) system at https://tik.irandoc.ac.ir. If the similarity is similar below 20%, along with uploading the article and other appendices in the publication system.
  • The e-mail of the editor of Rahpooye Hekmat-e Honar is: philosophy.rahpooye@gmail.com.
  • To prevent plagiarism, similar software is used, and the decision-making and acceptance of articles and submission to the referee is the editor’s responsibility.
  • If the article is approved, the author (s) will not be charged for the cost of publishing the article.
  • The article’s acceptance certificate is issued after the executive director’s approval.
  • Within thirty working days from the receipt of the article, the journal will announce the initial acceptance or non-acceptance.
  • The judging process is confidential, and the article’s status can be tracked in the publication system.

 

The structure of scientific articles for Rahpooye Hekmat-e Honar should be by the following conditions:

 

  • The full details of the author (s) should be sent to a separate page mentioning the author responsible for the correspondence.
  • The article must be prepared in Persian and accordance with the principles and rules of writing (approved by the Academy of Persian Language and Literature).
  • The submitted article should have the following sections:
  • Title, abstract and keywords (Persian and English separately), introduction, research method, research background, research body (including discussion, analysis, and findings), conclusion, notes, and sources.

The author(s) must send the following files to the journal:

Author(s) profile file: in word format
The original file of the article (without authors' names): in word and pdf format
Irandoc copy file: Irandoc website at https://tik.irandoc.ac.ir/ editor's email address philosophy.rahpooye@gmail.com
Image file: separately in gpeg and 300dpi format
Tables file: separately in word format
Authors' letter of commitment form: The responsible author is required to download the authors' letter of commitment file from here and send it after completion.
Conflict of interest form: The responsible journalist must download the conflict of interest file from here and send it after completion.


Note: Failure to send any of the above files will cause the article to be returned to complete the file

 

  • The abstract should include the statement of the problem, objectives, and central questions of the research, research method and method of data collection and analysis method, the result of the study, and keywords (minimum 200 and maximum 350 words). Also, the English abstract and words should be between 800 and at most 1000 words (more detailed description of Persian abstract).
  • The introduction includes a detailed description of the research problem, objectives, questions, and the necessity and importance of the research and should be written independently by the authors without reference.
  • Research Method: It is placed after the introduction and should include research method, data collection method, data collection tool, case (s) or statistical population, number of samples, sampling method, and data analysis method. (All items are required)
  • Research Background: It is mandatory for all articles, and the difference between the research in the submitted paper and the research of others should be clearly stated. It is also necessary to mention the titles of articles, dissertations/dissertations, and research projects along with the year of publication, and in the case of papers, the name, year, and issue number of the journal, and the subject of dissertations/dissertations, the name of the supervisor and the university and degree. If necessary, the title, the author’s name, and the year of publication will be included in the book to be mentioned in the background. Arranging the research of others (articles, dissertations, and then research projects and books).
  • Body of the article: includes various sections to explain the subject;
  • All images with 300 dpi resolution, jpg format, printable quality, and serial numbering and mentioning the description and reference below the photos and the number of images must be in the text. The profile of the images and their sources are at the bottom of the image.
  • All tables and diagrams should be numbered sequentially and arranged with their specifications and references. Table and chart numbers must be in the text. Specify the tables at the top and the charts at the bottom.
  • Conclusion: It should be logical and reasoned and clarify the discussion and findings, mainly the answers to the central questions of the article.
  • Footnote: Latin names and terms, the necessary explanations (concerning the source) with a serial number, and the footnote. All Latin words in the text of the article should be in Persian or, if necessary, in the footnote.
  • List of sources (Persian and Latin):
  • In-text citation (author surname, year of publication: page number).
  • List of sources and references (arranged in alphabetical order). After translating the Persian section and other English sources and locations, all lists of citations and references (including Persian, English, and sites) will be re-arranged based on the family name letters under References. (This section is located in the English Abstract area.)
  • For the book: Author's family letter, name. (Year of publication), title of the book, name of the translator or proofreader, place of publication: publisher.
  • For the article: Author's surname, name. (Year) Article title, journal name, journal number, period, page number, beginning and end of the article.
  • For e-article: Author surname, first name. (Year of publication) Title of the article, name of the electronic publication or website, date of the last revision, URL.

 

Terms of submitting articles

  • Articles can only be downloaded through the journal site.
  • Articles submitted to the journal's email will not be reviewed. After registering and creating an account on the journal site, the responsible author must take the necessary steps to upload his article file from the article submission section.
  • The number of pages of the article along with pictures, diagrams, tables, and maps (32 lines per page with B Nazanin font size 12 less than 20 A4 pages and sent in Word and Pdf format.
  • The author/authors should submit their complete details and academic rank, name of institution or place of employment or university of study, address of residence, contact telephone numbers (fixed and mobile), and e-mail.
