The Rahpooyeh-e Hekmat-e Honar Journal is published as an autonomous, non‑profit, and non‑governmental publication, funded by Soore International University.

The costs for submission, peer review, and publication in the Rahpooyeh Hekmat-e Honar journal are as follows, effective from 2026:

• Stage One (Initial Manuscript Screening): 500,000 IRR
• Stage Two (After Completion of Peer Review): 2000,000 IRR

The total publication cost amounts to2,500,000 IRR.
