A: The duration of the review process varies depending on the subject of the article and the availability of experts in that field. However, the journal strives to provide a response to your submission within less than three months.

A: The office of Rahpooyeh Hekmat Honar journal will promptly inform authors of any outcomes resulting from the review process. Therefore, there is no need for repeated follow-ups. Additionally, communication with the journal should be conducted exclusively through the journal's official email addresses.




A: Currently, the journal does not charge authors any fees at any stage of the process.




A: Authors can check the results of the review and evaluation process through their personal accounts on the journal's website. Additionally, at each stage of the article's progress, the status of the article will be displayed on the authors' personal pages on the journal's website and will also be communicated to the authors via email.

A: Yes, if the author disagrees with the reviewer's comments regarding all or part of the suggested revisions or has a convincing response to the issues raised, they can submit their comments and reasoning in a document titled "Response to Reviewers." This document can be uploaded in the "Add Files" section of their personal account on the journal's website. The editorial board and reviewers will evaluate the response, and the outcome will be communicated to the author.

A: The result of the initial evaluation of the article will be communicated to the authors within a maximum of five working days.

A: If the initial version of the article complies with the journal's guidelines and criteria, the evaluation process by the editorial board will take a maximum of seven working days. If the initial version requires revisions and corrections, the result of the editorial board's review will be communicated within a maximum of seven working days after receiving the revised and approved version.

A: The approximate duration of the process from submission to final acceptance of articles in the journal is three months.

A: After the article is approved during the review process and subsequently by the editorial board, authors will be requested to upload the extended English abstract on the journal's website. To expedite the editing process, authors are also required to include the Persian text of the extended English abstract along with it.

A: To upload the revised version of the article, authors should log in to their personal account on the journal's website. From the "Articles Requiring Revision" section, they should proceed to the "Article Revision" section. In the "Add Files" section, they should select the file type as "Main Article File (Highlighted Changes)" and enter the phrase "Revised Version" in the description field before uploading the file.
