Guide to Reviewer Article

The online article review system is designed to expedite journal reviewers' review process of articles. The general steps of this process for judges are as follows:

• Register the referee as a user in the program;

  Note: The site administrator often does this step.

• To be able to attend the program as a referee, you must first register as a user on the site and complete the site membership form;
• Creating access as an arbitrator and determining the arbitrator's specialties;

    Note: The site administrator often does this step.

• After registering the user, the program manager can determine the unique access to the refereeing program with the help of the electronic refereeing department and also specify the specialties of the judges for the program;
• Designate the article for review by the referee and send an email;

Note: The site administrator performs this step.

• After making the judging settings and introducing the judges, the program manager can make the articles submitted to the program available to the expert judges; At the same time, an e-mail will be sent to the judges, and information will be provided.
• Refer the referee to the site and log in with your username and password

   - To enter the program, all you have to do is enter your username and password in the relevant boxes on the main page.

• Password recovery.

   - If you entered your password incorrectly, you can go to the password recovery page and enter your email address to have the new password sent to you.
